Cancellation & Refund Policy

24-Hour Free Cancellation
All bookings made through SkyDeal are eligible for a full refund if cancelled within 24 hours of the original booking time. This applies to all fare types and cabin classes.

How to Cancel
By Phone: Call our support line at 1-888-539-5571 with your confirmation number ready. Our agents are available Mon-Fri 8AM-10PM EST.
By Email: Send a cancellation request to support@skydealflights.com including your confirmation number, traveler name, and reason for cancellation. Please allow up to 4 hours for email processing.
Changes & Rebooking
If you need to change your travel dates or destination, you may request a rebooking instead of a cancellation. Rebooking is subject to fare differences and the following fees:
- Date change (same route): $50 per ticket + fare difference
- Route change: $75 per ticket + fare difference
- Name correction (minor spelling): Free, up to 3 characters
- Name change (different traveler): Not permitted; must cancel and rebook
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times are as follows:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
- Bank transfers: 10-15 business days
You will receive email confirmation once your refund has been initiated.
Airline-Initiated Changes
If the airline cancels or significantly changes your flight (schedule change of more than 2 hours), you are entitled to either a full refund or rebooking on an alternative flight at no additional cost. SkyDeal will notify you by email and phone of any airline-initiated changes.
Exceptions
- Bookings marked as "Refundable" at the time of purchase may have more favorable cancellation terms as indicated on your confirmation.
- Travel insurance, if purchased, may provide additional coverage for cancellations due to illness, weather, or other covered events.
- Group bookings (10+ travelers) are subject to separate cancellation terms. Contact our group travel desk for details.
